The major focus of work involves hardware and software installation, technology troubleshooting, and problem resolution for workstation-level equipment including, but not limited to, computers, printers, peripherals, and audio-visual equipment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:(These are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work performed. The omission of specific duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to the position.)Provide technical support to students & staff for workstation and network application issues;Provide technical support for network and workstation hardware and software;Provide Level I front line support to assigned school building.
