How You Will Make an Impact as a Lawn Care TechnicianLawn Care Specialists are responsible for completing lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest control services to residential properties and providing the Unmatched Customer Experience to all.ResponsibilitiesStart time 6:45am, end time between 3pm-5pmApply lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest control products to 15-25 residential properties per dayCommunicate with customers and provide a great experienceComplete paperwork, detailed notes and invoicesUse company software and mobile tablets to complete in field workPerform property evaluations and recommendations based off diagnosisOpportunity for in field sales (10% commission on produced services) and bonusesRequirements Of a Lawn Care TechnicianHigh school diploma or GEDValid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving historyAbility to lift 50 lbs. and walk on an average of 8-10 miles on a consistent basisAble to work in all-weather typesSaturday availability as needed
