Buyer - Materials (Radar Production) Manage procurement of raw materials and standard parts, ensuring timely and accurate purchase order issuance, supplier coordination, and cost-effective sourcing.Key Responsibilities• Create and issue purchase orders for materials in a timely and accurate manner• Confirm material specifications (part number, quantity, manufacturer, required date)• Consolidate demand to optimize purchasing volume and pricing• Request, review, and compare supplier quotations• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers• Track orders through delivery when applicable• Resolve supplier and internal operational issues• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures• Identify opportunities for process improvementsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)• PO issuance lead time• On-time delivery (OTD)• Purchase order accuracy• Issue resolution time• Productivity (PO volume)Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field• 2-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (materials preferred)• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
