This role partners closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and acquisition partner teams to analyze financial data, identify process gaps, and support scalable enterprise reporting and integration.What You’ll DoSupport ERP integrations, consolidations, and reporting standardizationAnalyze financial data and validate integrations using SQL, Power BI, and ExcelGather requirements, lead workshops, and support change managementEnsure accurate, compliant financial reporting in alignment with enterprise standardsKey Responsibilities Analyze and manipulate large financial datasets using SQL, Power BI, and other tools to support ERP integrations and reporting Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions and workshops with Finance, Operations, and acquisition partner teams Develop understanding of current‑state processes and perform process gap analysis to support detailed data integration Map and harmonize data between partner legacy systems to new platforms Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Translate finance and business requirements into clear process documentation and analytical outputs Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure accuracy during system integrations Contribute to the development of a scalable finance integration playbook for future M&A activity Support change management efforts related to new systems, processes, and reporting standards Collaborate with external consultant, IT, and finance to ensure timely and accurate integration deliverables Up to 25% travel, including overnight stays, to support integration and partner firm needsRequired Skills & Experience Degree Accounting, Finance, or Similar Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and reconciling financial data Experience with Power BI and Alteryx (or similar analytics tools) Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes Experience supporting ERP implementations or system integrations Ability to communicate effectively with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders Experience working in fast‑paced, M&A‑driven environments preferred Background in finance transformation or advisory / transaction services Experience supporting enterprise‑scale data models and reporting standards#Accounting #SQL #integration #powerbi #implementations #INAPR2026Click here to apply online a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }
