We provide direct, in-home and in-community ABA therapy designed to build children's communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence.Why Join ABS?Competitive hourly rate: $22–$32/hour (based on qualifications & credentials)Flexible part-time schedules : after school & potential weekendsWork collaboratively with experienced BCBA supervisorsOpportunities to pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationHands-on training and clinical supervision from ABA leadersRole OverviewAs a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist) , you'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home/community while following an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) created by a BCBA.
