Water St.Corpus Christi, TXPosition SummaryThe Property Management Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to the Property Manager assisting with the daily operations of the primary commercial property, and other branch location properties. This position balances the tenant relations with technical coordination amongst the tenants, managers and maintenance personnel.Essential DutiesAnswer phones and greet visitors and tenants with the highest regard for professionalismSchedule appointments for prospective tenantsCoordinate with contractors and maintain records and documentation.Sorting, logging, dispersing incoming mailPrepare incoming and outgoing correspondence lettersProvide administrative support to maintenance personnel to include maintenance scheduling and follow-up on all preventive maintenance and work orders throughout the building.Maintain the calendar for the Community Room, along with assisting in special events and tenant functions and luncheons.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesKnowledge of personal computers and computer software for word processing and spreadsheets is required. Knowledge of property management and sales is required. Good organizational and time management skills. Operate standard office equipment. Basic math skills to calculate interest and balance accounts. This job requires the ability to meet established deadlines, work productively in groups and individually.
