Shipping and Receiving Associate

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Monroe area recruit a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join their team.Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.This is a temp to hire opportunity working on 1 st shift (6am-3pm) Monday-Friday.Responsibilities: Load and unload goods, manage product waste disposal, ship orders, and monitor stocked items within the warehouse.Manage the full order fulfillment process (parts, raw goods, finished goods), including picking, packing, and shipping to ensure excellent customer service.Maintain inventory accuracy and control, including proper stock rotation within the distribution facility.Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with 5'S Housekeeping Standards and all safety policies.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute ideas for process improvements.Build effective working relationships across departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of projects.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.Previous experience in Shipping & Receiving.Forklift experience preferred.Hands-on problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Must be computer savvy, ERP experience also a plus.Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills. xmcpwfuEffective verbal and written communication skills.
