Must Have· 8+ years in Frontend Development, 5+ years in React, and technical leadership experience.Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Playwright/Cypress, CI/CD, and Azure.Hands-on experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot/ Cursor/ Claude), enterprise-scale application development, AI-powered development experience.Good to Have· Experience with micro-frontends, design systems, GraphQL, cloud-native architecture.Strong mentoring, stakeholder management, Agile delivery experience.Building RAG-based solutions, LLM integrationNice to Have· React Native, Node.js/NestJS, WebSockets/WebRTC.Insurance domain experience.
