Title: Anaplan Systems ManagerWork Setting: RemoteCompensation: $140,000 - $180,000 + bonusLocation: United States (Remote)About the RoleWe are supporting a global healthcare technology organization seeking an experienced Anaplan professional to join its FP&A Systems & Analytics team. This role will focus on enhancing and managing enterprise financial planning models, improving reporting processes, and supporting FP&A stakeholders through scalable planning solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Finance and cross-functional teams to gather requirements for enhancements and new planning solutionsDesign, build, test, and deploy complex Anaplan models using best practicesDevelop user-friendly experiences through Anaplan UX and dashboardsSupport process automation and continuous improvement initiatives across FP&AMaintain Anaplan modules, lists, actions, dashboards, and integrationsCollaborate with IT teams on integrations between Anaplan and source systemsDeliver user training, documentation, and ongoing supportContribute to expanding connected planning capabilities across the organizationPreferred BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline4–6 years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience within FP&A environmentsLevel 2 Model Builder certification requiredExperience with Polaris, Workflow, and Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO) preferredStrong stakeholder communication and business partnering skillsSolid understanding of finance and accounting conceptsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsWhy JoinOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale financial planning initiativesCollaborative, digitally focused finance environmentStrong emphasis on innovation, process improvement, and analyticsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageMust be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered for opportunity
