This leading boutique firm seeks a Partner to join its busy Corporate Law Practice Group. The firm, composed mainly of former BigLaw attorneys (i.e. Latham, Goodwin, Gibson) has a fantastic culture that emphasizes work/life balance, offers low billable hours, and fosters collaboration. While a portable book of business is welcome, it is not required, as there is sufficient work for the incoming attorney to take on. However, the successful candidate will have an appetite for business development and an entrepreneurial flair. The firm prioritizes legacy-building and quickly positions incoming attorneys to step into leadership positions within the firm. A background in M&A and general corporate governance is desired.Compensation DOE, $300k-$500k+
