Entry Level F&I Management Trainee

The Entry-Level Finance Manager will work closely with our sales and finance team to help customers secure financing for their vehicle purchases and sell products and insurance. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in automotive finance, with opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and advancement. Responsibilities Assist customers in understanding financing options, loan terms, and protection plans Process credit applications and work with lenders to obtain approvals Prepare and review financial documents for accuracy and compliance Present financing and warranty options in a clear, customer-friendly manner Maintain accurate records of all transactions Build strong relationships with customers and lenders Support the dealership sales team with finance-related questions and documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Basic knowledge of financial principles and willingness to learn dealership finance processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous sales, finance, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required Outgoing personality with a drive for success Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
