Information Security Manager - Network Security

For our client, we are seeking a Information Security Manager - Network Security to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.This role will guide the strategy and execution of enterprise network security capabilities, with a focus on protecting critical infrastructure and strengthening defenses across the organization. The Information Security Manager will lead a team, partner closely with engineering and operations, and help ensure security technologies are implemented and supported effectively. This position also plays a key role in shaping roadmaps, driving major initiatives, and evaluating emerging technologies that advance the company’s security posture.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $116,400 – $186,200 annuallyResponsibilities Build and lead a diverse team through effective recruitment and training Manage operational support for network security systems, including after-hours support Develop strategic roadmaps for the network security program Oversee the implementation of various network security technologies Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to optimize network processes Lead major projects in network security and ensure successful delivery Monitor emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the network security capabilitiesQualifications 10+ years of experience with network defenses, including firewalls and intrusion prevention systems 5+ years of cloud network security experience Expertise in Zero Trust or SASE network security architecture Professional certifications such as Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Networking, or CISSP are preferred Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as network security and security architectureBenefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and life insurance 401(k) plan with company match Mental health coverage and family-building benefits Paid parental leave and associate discountsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
