IT Product OwnerLocation: Miami, FL HybridPosition SummaryOur enterprise cruise line client is seeking an IT Product Owner to support a high-visibility initiative focused on enhancing the pre-cruise guest experience through data-driven personalization.This role sits within the Onboard Revenue & Guest Experience vertical, which owns all guest transactions, revenue, and supporting data across the full journey- from pre-cruise booking through onboard experience and post-cruise engagement.The IT PO will act as a central coordinator and accountability driver across multiple business and technology teams. This individual will not be responsible for building or designing solutions, but rather ensuring alignment, execution, and delivery across a complex, cross-functional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Coordination & DeliveryServe as the primary point of coordination across 6+ departments, including Digital Marketing, Business Operations, Data Engineering, Data Science, and other enterprise teamsManage cross-team dependencies, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful executionFacilitate alignment between business objectives and technical execution across distributed teamsDrive clear communication, transparency, and accountability across stakeholdersExecution & Program SupportSupport delivery of a large-scale personalization initiative spanning pre-cruise digital experiencesCoordinate efforts to enable personalized offers across:Dining packagesBeverage packagesShore excursionsTrack progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers or escalate issues as neededOperate effectively in an environment with no centralized PMO, partnering with distributed project managers and team leadsAgile & Process LeadershipSupport agile ceremonies and execution across a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environmentPartner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Analysts, and Engineering teams to ensure delivery alignmentHelp define and evolve processes where needed - this role has flexibility to shape structure and best practicesQualificationsRequired Experience4+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Program Coordination roleExperience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and dependenciesProven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiativesExperience operating in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environmentsPreferred Technical Exposure (Nice-to-Have)Familiarity working with data platforms and data-driven productsExposure to:Feature tables or supporting data science workflowsStreaming data concepts (e.g., event-driven architectures)Cloud environments (AWS or similar)Awareness of modern data tooling such as:DatabricksKafkaETL / data pipeline concepts(Note: Deep technical expertise is not required.
