This role ensures the quality, functionality, and performance of critical business applications.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning and Execution; End-to-End Testing; Defect Management; Test Data Management; Performance Testing; DocumentationPlan and execute functional, integration, system, and regression testingManage and track defects using industry-standard toolsCreate and maintain test data and documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business workflowsConduct performance testing and contribute to automation strategiesEnsure the quality and functionality of applications by conducting comprehensive testing, including functional, integration, and system testing, with a focus on Salesforce and Oracle-related systems.Must-Have Skills:Deep experience in end-to-end testing for Salesforce and Oracle applicationsStrong SQL skillsFamiliarity with Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and Oracle DBExperience using test management and defect tracking toolsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesExposure to test automation frameworks (bonus)Functional:Proven experience in end-to-end testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Oracle applications.Technical:Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), and Oracle databases.Operational:Testing Methodologies: Knowledge of various testing methodologies, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.Defect Management: Experience using defect tracking tools and managing defect lifecycles.Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.Automation: Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (a plus).
