Overview In this two-year rotation program, you join VIAVI’s R&D Excellence Centers to learn and contribute across cutting-edge network and software solutions. You’ll collaborate with agile teams, ship features, and gain hands-on mentorship while tackling real-world challenges in network visibility and performance. The role blends deep technical work with cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver scalable, high-impact products. A strong interest in Generative AI and a drive to learn will help you shape future technologies.
