Specific Responsibilities/Essential FunctionsFill clave with 3 tubsPull out the 3 tubs after 1 1⁄2 hourCheck 1 tub each time a shot comes out- takes about 10 minutesTake the tubs to final line and make sure they are full at the robot. Final line goes through 3 tubs in 1 1⁄2 hoursTrim the other side of tubs at prepressCover breaks for prepressReview everything on the check paper, plus a flashlight check which isn't requiredPerform a wet on test on 550 partsRuns ClaveAssists trimming tubsResponsible for their paperworkTake shot tubs to final lineLoad/unload tubs at both Clave and PrepressResponsible for ALL cullet boxes in their areasRequired to assist in training of others.Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards and responsible for clean-up of work areas upon completion of tasks.Other duties as assigned.Desired SkillsMechanical aptitudeAbility to utilize a Human Machine Interface (HMI)Basic knowledge and experience with hand toolsBasic math skillsAbility to read a ruler and work with fractionsEducation/ RequirementsHigh School diploma or GEDPhysical Demands:Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.Occasionally exposed to plant environment including noise, dust, dirt and vibrations, extreme climate changes / changes in weatherWilling to work shift work and assist in other areas of department or site as needed.The incumbent must be able to work rotating 12 hours shifts.Equal Opportunity Employer
