I am only hiring leaders.About AdBlend:AdBlend creates high-performance ad creatives for DTC brands spending on Meta and / or TikTok. Our goal is to help businesses scale through exceptional, results-driven content. We're seeking a Content Creator to work closely with our team to conceptualize, film, and bring high-performing ad ideas to life.Responsibilities:With support from your Strategy Lead, you will create high-performing ads that drive client revenue by:Must be willing to be on camera for ad shoots ***Leveraging data, research, and creative insights to develop effective ad strategies.Conducting consumer, product, and competitor research using accessible tools.Collaborating with editors, production teams, and your Strategy Lead to produce compelling ad content.Writing scripts and copy for video and static image ads.Ensuring all visuals align with the defined creative strategy for each ad.Providing feedback that sharpens creative execution.Iterating based on feedback from your Strategy Lead.Reviewing creative test results and iterating on concepts to improve performance.Identifying top-performing concepts using creative and data analysis.Monitoring trends and identifying opportunities within the social media ecosystem.Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of relevant experience in paid social or direct response advertising.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)Can film iPhone or professional cameraDirect experience creating ads for DTC brands (beauty, makeup, and similar verticals preferred).Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into effective ad strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, actionable decisions.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Adaptable to fast-paced environments and evolving industry trends.Location and Compensation:Location: Los Angeles (In office)Benefits:HealthcareLearn how to create Meta adsLearn how to analyze dataWork with high performance teamsJob Type: Full-time
