Welcome to Montage Health’s application process!Job Description:Position SummaryUnder the leadership of the Department Director and Assistant Director, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor assists with planning, supervising, assessing, and providing nursing care in accordance with the hospital and department policies and procedures. This role includes staying informed and actively participating in productivity, quality outcome measures, patient experience, and employee performance. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor ensures that department staff work within the nursing scope of practice as defined by the California Board of RegisteredNursing or other applicable licensing bodies.This role balances the responsibilities of front-line patient care with collaborative oversight of the unit's overall operations. Responsibilities may include taking a patient assignment as needed and completing other duties as assigned.
