Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based treatment to children and families in foster care Conduct mental health evaluations and create treatment plans as needed Participate in clinical meetings and document all services provided Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field Must hold a provisional license or obtain one within one month of employment Experience treating children and adolescents with a history of abuse and neglect Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based models like CBT Commitment to compliance with New York State abuse and neglect reporting protocols
