Job DetailsWe're seeking a proven Preconstruction Leader to drive the success of our heavy civil and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. In this pivotal role, you'll guide estimating and design coordination, ensuring every project begins with a clear plan for cost, constructability, and execution.You'll partner with operations, design teams, and clients to develop budgets, schedules, and strategies that set projects up for success. This high-impact position offers visibility across executive leadership and the opportunity to shape outcomes long before work begins in the field.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
8+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within heavy civil, infrastructure, or design-build environments.
Strong technical understanding of self-perform operations, including concrete, earthwork, underground utilities, and mechanical systems.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with owners, design teams, and field leadership.
Proficiency in estimating and scheduling tools (HCSS, P6, Bluebeam, Excel, etc.) and strong analytical and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership in managing budgets, proposals, and early project development efforts.
