For more information visit, www.DeepIntent.com.What You'll DoThe Product Operations Manager will own the systems, workflows, and frameworks that make the Product organization more effective and more consistent. This is an organizational impact role; you'll be building infrastructure that scales with the team, reducing friction that slows good work down, and raising the operational maturity of a product org that is actively growing and transforming. Strong candidates will have a builder's mindset and be more interested in designing repeatable systems than in handling one-off requests.Product Lifecycle & Release OperationsDesign and maintain intake and discovery frameworks so that scoping and approval are structured and repeatableOwn the release calendar and act as the operational lead for GA releases across Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and SupportPartner with Product Marketing to establish beta program frameworks covering eligibility, feedback collection, and handoff to GADefine and standardize post-launch success measurement: KPI frameworks, instrumentation checklists, and post-launch reviewsPlanning, Roadmap & Internal CommunicationsManage roadmap hygiene: track priority changes, document rationale, and keep downstream teams informed when direction shiftsSupport quarterly and semi-annual planning cycles by coordinating inputs and tracking goal progress across the PM teamOwn internal product communications including release notes, monthly updates, and stakeholder communications to commercial and client success teamsSupport key product cadences including the 6 Week Product Line meetings with prep materials, agenda management, and action item trackingPM Enablement, Tools & DocumentationOwn the Product org's documentation: PRDs, decision logs, post-mortems, and process guidesBuild and maintain templates and playbooks that reduce rework and raise consistency across the teamAdminister and optimize the product tool stack (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and build dashboards that give leadership visibility into portfolio healthManage software capitalization tracking in compliance with finance requirementsSupport PM onboarding so new hires ramp quickly on processes and toolsInsights & Market IntelligenceAggregate customer feedback from support tickets, NPS, sales calls, and user research into a structured, accessible repositoryMaintain a competitive tracking process and surface relevant market developments to the team on a regular cadenceWho You Are3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or a closely adjacent role (TPM, Product Management, Business Operations) at a B2B SaaS or tech companyStrong command of Jira and product tooling, including dashboards, workflows, and automationsCross-functional experience working with Product Marketing, Engineering, and FinanceExcellent written communication skills; able to turn ambiguous requirements into clean process documentationDemonstrated ability to build systems and frameworks, not just manage tasksComfortable in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and structure has to be earnedFamiliarity with software capitalization (ASC 350-40) in a SaaS context nice to haveExperience coordinating tiered release strategies alongside Product MarketingBackground in Agile/Scrum environments a plusExperience in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, or similar) where compliance is embedded in the development processDeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $110,000 - $135,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications.
