Assembly Technicians

Assembly Technician (8) An Assembly Technician (8) is needed for a manufacturing company in the Irvine Spectrum. This is a long-term temporary position, lasting at least 12 months, with the possibility of getting hired. This position follows a 4/10 workweek (four 10-hour shifts per week). The standard schedule is Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Paying $22-24/hr, depending on experience. In addition, this company takes pride in taking great care of their employees and having fun together.Ideal candidates will have the following:MUST HAVE assembly experience and electro-mechanical background.MUST HAVE Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to troubleshoot problems based on error messages.Familiar with measuring tool, torque drivers, and drills.Experience with pipettes, light meters, temperature data lagers, laser collimations, oscilloscopes, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) is a plus.Attention to Detail: Has a strong attention to detail, experiences low error rates and follows instructions and procedures.Manual Dexterity: Has great manual dexterity and enjoys putting things together.Copes with Pressure: Can effectively cope with pressure, setbacks, and changes in the environment.Can swiftly change direction and focus on the task at hand.Ethical: Follows all instructions, guidelines and procedures ensuring the assembly of products are to the required.All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
