RoleJob Summary:As an Upsells/Ancillary Sales staff member, you play a vital role in offering guests the opportunity to enjoy perks and experiences that allow them a first-class event. You also are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. Your attention to detail and customer service skills contribute to creating a positive experience for all patrons.Job Functionsv Provide guest services by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.v Collect money from patrons for all upsell/ancillary products such as parking, lawn chairs, premium upgrades and ticket fees.v Use provided devices to keep track of sales and redemption.v Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.v Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.v Additional tasks as requested by management.This position starts at $16.00 per hour with potential of commission for salesQualificationsv High School Diploma or equivalentv Must have cash handling experience.v Creative thinker and problem solverv Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.v Strong relationship building and communication skills.v Ability to work independently.v Excellent verbal and written communication skills.v Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs or moreMust be 18 years of age or older to hold this positionLive Nation Entertainment will never request payment or equipment purchases as part of the hiring process.
