You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen and properly washing and sorting dishes. You may also be involved in food prep to keep the heart of house engine running and will keep guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. This role is a great starting point for future opportunities in other positions. In addition to base pay you'll also receive a free meal each shift. Must be 17 or older. Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
