Medical Billing AR Specialist

A company is looking for a Medical Billing AR Specialist - Part Time. Key Responsibilities Investigate and correct denial claims in medical billing to ensure payment Manage accounts receivable processes and interact with insurance companies and patients Utilize multiple electronic clinical programs and websites for billing tasks Required Qualifications Prior experience in Medical AR Billing strongly preferred High School Diploma, GED, or 1-3 years of related healthcare experience and/or medical billing training Familiarity with ModMed is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of medical insurance Comfortable multitasking and handling denied claims/appeals
