Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and aides, ensuring high-quality care. Accurately document treatment goals, progress, and medical necessity. Comply with state-specific Practice Acts and physical therapy regulations. Foster positive relationships with clients, staff, and facilities to enhance collaboration and care quality. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy education program. Active state licensure/registration, as applicable.
