Role Description This is a part-time role for a Behavioral Therapist, based on-site in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The role involves implementing ABA-based therapy programs tailored to children diagnosed with autism, working directly with children to develop social, behavior, and play skills. The Behavioral Therapist will also collaborate with families and consultants to ensure effective program implementation and provide progress updates. Additional responsibilities include data collection, behavior analysis, and contributing to program adjustments based on individual progress. Qualifications Experience and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis techniquesStrong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and team membersBackground or education in Psychology or related fieldsExperience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorderAbility to follow structured programs while being adaptable to the unique needs of childrenBachelor’s degree or coursework in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferredBCBA or BCaBA certification, or current pursuit of certification, is highly desirable
