*Rosalina's Cafe* is a Portuguese cafe looking for a part-time baker to make our pastries and breads fresh each day. If you love early mornings, working with your hands, and turning out beautiful pastéis de nata and warm papo-secos, we'd love to meet you. *What you'll do* * Bake traditional Portuguese pastries (pastéis de nata, bolos, travesseiros) and fresh breads and rolls daily * Prep doughs, fillings, and custards, and follow our recipes for consistency * Keep your station clean and follow food safety and sanitation standards * Help track ingredient levels and flag when supplies run low *What we're looking for* * Some baking experience preferred (Portuguese or pastry experience a big plus) * Available to start early in the morning, before the cafe opens * Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work at a steady pace * Portuguese language a plus, but not required * Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs *Details* * Part-time * Pay: $15 per hour, plus tips Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
