They offer stability, ongoing growth, and a highly collaborative culture with cutting-edge engineering and testing capabilities.Job DescriptionSupport engineering teams by ensuring all designs and build packages meet customer and internal quality requirements.Create training materials and deliver quality-related training for new hires and internal teams.Continuously evaluate and improve quality systems, processes, and documentation.Operate independently with minimal supervision while driving quality excellence across teams.Monitor and enforce vendor compliance with required quality standards and flow-downs.Provide analysis, recommendations, and support to maintain and elevate quality standards.Develop, update, and maintain quality evaluation and control systems.Perform detailed part inspections using a variety of measurement tools to verify conformance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
