This position is being offered at the Principal or even Director level.We need a PhDEE, with 5+ years of experience in the design of DFB Laser, EML or other Edge-emitting Lasers, ideally using InP or another III-V process.We need broad experience in IC Design, Characterization, Device, process, and driving IC designs into manufacture.Company offers a great compensation package with competitive salary and very lucrative equity.Located in the Bay Area, CA or Central NJ or Boston area, MA.
