Apply Today!Job Summary and Qualifications Under the guidance of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, the Nuclear Medicine/P.E.T Technologist accomplishes one or a combination of several general radiographic proceduresPerforms at a technical level requiring a high degree of independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative to apply isotopes for radiographic diagnosisPerforms test in-patients and out-patientsUtilizes a variety of Nuclear Medicine cameras and varied equipmentAdministers pharmaceuticals and radiopharmaceuticals as outlined in Nuclear Medicine Scope of PracticeDemonstrates industry in radiation safety What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support RequiredACLS must be completed within 6 months of hireState Registered Radiologic TechnicianCertified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB), or Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT)- AART (NM)NMTCB PET Certification preferredMedical City Dallas is recognized for its advanced medical facilities and commitment to excellence in patient care.
