Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Developer. Based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area, this role allows for a combination of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technical strategies, and contributing to system architecture while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications. Qualifications Proficiency in software development languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScriptExperience in system architecture, API design, and database managementStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough debugging and optimizationFamiliarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and containerization toolsExcellent collaboration, communication, and team leadership abilitiesUnderstanding of secure coding practices and experience with data security protocolsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plusPrior experience in fintech or related industries is advantageous
