This role is critical in ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial contact through onboarding, system setup, and scheduling. You will play a key role in keeping our intake pipeline organized, responsive, and efficient. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.What You'll DoAnswer incoming calls and follow up with new and existing clientsCoordinate client intake and onboarding workflowsMaintain and update internal operational trackersSupport Claim.MD workflows, including client setup and basic issue resolutionManage scheduling and calendar coordination across systemsQualificationsStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience in administrative or coordination rolesAbility to manage multiple systems and workflowsHealthcare or behavioral health experience preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
