This individual will work directly with current customers to assess their needs, configure solutions, and ensure a smooth rollout of additional features or modules. While the primary focus is on current client expansions, the role may also involve leading full implementations for new clients as needed.This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strong project management skills, technical aptitude, and a commitment to customer success.
