We are hiring ahigh-performing Account Executive Managerto lead and scale a team of quota-carrying Account Executives in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in short sales cycles, drives pipeline generation, and knows how to coach reps to consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and coach a team of 34 Account Executives in a pod structure
Drive team performance against a$20K MRR team quota
Build and maintain a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture
Coach team members on deal strategy, pipeline management, and closing techniques
Ensure strong execution of monthly and quarterly sales cadences
Partner with leadership to scale sales processes and improve conversion rates
Maintain a strong understanding of mid-market SaaS sales dynamics
Required Qualifications
Proven experience closing deals in the$50K$100K ACVrange
Experience managingshort sales cycles (13 months preferred)
Strong background inhigh-velocity sales environments
Minimum1+ year of people management experience
Proven success coaching and developing34 quota-carrying Account Executives
Strong track record of driving team quota attainment
Experience working inmonthly or quarterly quota cycles
Candidates with only annual quota experience will not be considered
Minimum1+ year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics
Minimum1+ year of experience in Sales
Minimum1+ year of experience in SaaS
