This position is ideal for a professional driver who enjoys long-haul driving, values consistency, and takes pride in delivering freight on time and in excellent condition.Responsibilities* Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer over long distances (OTR)* Transport dedicated freight according to assigned routes and schedules* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance* Maintain accurate logs in accordance with DOT and FMCSA regulations* Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or issues* Secure and inspect loads to ensure safe transport* Comply with all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies* Represent the company professionally with customers and the publicQualifications* Valid CDL Class A license* Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience (preferred)* Clean or acceptable MVR and driving record* Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check* Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety* Willingness to stay on the road for extended periods* Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment xhqgsiq drug screeningWhat We Offer* Competitive pay (per mile/percentage per job —based on experience) 28% from the gross or .65c/ mile* Dedicated lanes or freight (where applicable)* Consistent miles and steady work* Well-maintained equipment* Supportive dispatch and operations team* Opportunities for long-term growth and stabilitySchedule* Over-the-road (OTR)* Home time based on route and schedule
