OverviewCandidates MUST be geographically located within 50 miles of Chandler, Arizona and comfortable working 100% on-site in our Chandler warehouse, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Candidates must also be comfortable with up to 20% travel to our Houston, Texas warehouse.As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ePlus' warehouses in Chandler, Arizona and Houston, Texas including shipping, receiving, inventory and problem resolution.Your ImpactThe essential functions of this position include:Oversee, train, assist and develop the Warehouse staffManage the personnel and operations for multiple facilities in a super region to ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with ePlus policyConduct new hire and incremental training for warehouse employees in the super regionConduct audits on operation procedures to ensure complianceOversee large projects being conducting in the regional warehouses to ensure they are implemented smoothly, on-time, and on budgetWork closely with sales and services to stay abreast of all upcoming projectsCreate, maintain and monitor analysis of inbound/outbound forecast for warehouses in the super regionInspect, receive and ship product returnsPerform shipping and receiving functionsTrack and report warehouse activity levelsCoordinate regular inventories and resolution of discrepanciesReport shipping information for order invoicingServe as the main point of contact for inquiries and order status requestsAssist with annual reviews and hiring employeesMaintain frequent contact with various internal departments and shipping carriersFollow ePlus' performance review process to promote communication, provide useful feedback about job performance and contribute to an employee's professional developmentAs a manager, you are also expected to:Lead and guide team members, fostering growth through mentoring, coaching, and development, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Promote an environment of inclusivity and respect, valuing diverse perspectives and encouraging open dialogue among all team members.Collaborate on strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and positive change within the organization.Cultivate a proactive approach to conflict resolution, striving for amicable solutions and escalating concerns as needed.QualificationsHigh School Diploma5+ years warehouse management experience5+ years' personnel management experience2+ years' experience in an Information Technology Warehouse environment preferredCurrent experience utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS); preferably Körber HighJumpProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to adhere to all safety requirements around forklift trucks and hydraulic jacks in a fast-paced warehouse environmentWillingness to obtain an OSHA Forklift CertificationTeam-orientedSolution-focused mentalityAble to function independently under minimal supervisionStrong communication and organizational skillsPosition involves long periods of standing and lifting items of various weights, shapes and sizes.Position SpecificsThe initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $80,000 and $100,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
