This is for an Industrial Account.The start date is as soon as possible.The end date for now would be mid 2027.Band level: 8 (consultant)Travel is required.Location Parsippany, NJ.SAP EAM / Asset Management· Drive end to end SAP S/4HANA EAM solution design covering:o Maintenance notifications and ordersPreventive maintenance (maintenance plans and task lists)Corrective and shutdown maintenanceAsset hierarchies, functional locations, and equipmentDesign and support work order lifecycle management from create → plan → schedule → execute → close.Enable segregation of duties between Planner, Scheduler, Supervisor, and Technician roles.Work Management & Scheduling· Design and configure detailed maintenance scheduling using standard SAP S/4HANA EAM capabilities.Support:o Weekly and daily schedulingCapacity based scheduling by work center and craftPrioritization of preventive maintenance vs backlog workEnable schedule freezing, dispatching, and execution tracking.Support schedule compliance measurement and execution variance analysis.MRO Warehouse & Inventory Integration· Integrate EAM with warehouse processes supporting MRO material flow.Enable directed picking for maintenance orders based on:o Required dateOrder statusOptimized bin sequenceEnable directed putaway for inbound and return MRO materials, including:o Receipt to staging or dockPutaway to final bin locationsEnsure materials are staged, issued, returned, and counted accurately for maintenance execution.Procurement & Ariba Integration· Design and support integration between SAP S/4HANA EAM and SAP Ariba for:o External services procurementMRO material sourcingPurchase requisitions and purchase orders generated from maintenance ordersEnsure seamless flow of:o Service entry sheetsGoods receiptsInvoice verificationSupport governance, compliance, and audit requirements for indirect procurement.Inventory Accuracy & Controls· Support cycle counting and physical inventory processes for MRO parts.Enable counting strategies by:o ABC classificationStorage location and bin rangesEnsure reconciliation of inventory movements tied to maintenance work orders.Business Partnership & Leadership· Act as the EAM functional lead for business stakeholders in Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, Supply Chain, and Procurement.Translate maintenance strategy and operational requirements into scalable S/4HANA solutions.Provide guidance on SAP best practices while accommodating real world maintenance execution realities.Support testing, cutover, training, and hypercare activities.Required Qualifications· 10+ years of hands on experience with SAP EAM / Asset ManagementProven experience delivering S/4HANA EAM implementations or conversionsDeep knowledge of:o Maintenance work managementWork order planning and detailed schedulingMRO inventory and warehouse integrationStrong integration experience with SAP Ariba for services and material procurementSolid understanding of manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, chemicals, or asset intensive industriesStrong communication skills with the ability to lead cross functional workshopsPreferred Qualifications· Experience supporting shutdown, turnaround, or outage maintenanceExposure to EWM enabled or WM integrated MRO environments (directed picking/putaway)Experience with SAP Fiori apps for EAM and warehouse operationsBackground working in globally distributed asset environments
