Job DescriptionInterventional Pain Management PhysicianSarasota, FloridaFull-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMWe are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a growing and well-supported practice in Sarasota, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained physician who is comfortable with advanced interventional techniques and values a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to chronic pain care.This role offers a predictable weekday schedule with limited call and a strong procedural focus in a well-equipped outpatient setting.Position OverviewThe physician will evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain conditions, perform advanced interventional procedures, and work closely with a coordinated care team to deliver comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.ScheduleMonday through Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PMAfter-hours, off-site call approximately once every 4–6 weeksKey ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with acute and chronic pain conditionsDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plansPerform minimally invasive procedures, including:• Nerve blocks• Epidural steroid injections• Radiofrequency ablationEvaluate and treat appropriate candidates for:• Neuromodulation• Intrathecal pump procedures• Implantable pain devicesCollaborate with physical therapists, primary care providers, and specialists to optimize outcomesEducate patients on diagnoses, procedures, and long-term management strategiesMaintain accurate and thorough documentationStay current with advancements in interventional pain techniquesQualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical school (or equivalent foreign degree)Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, or PM&RCompleted accredited Pain Management fellowshipActive Florida medical license (or eligibility)Proficiency in advanced interventional and implant proceduresStrong communication and team collaboration skillsCommitment to high-quality, patient-centered careCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentivesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with employer matchGenerous PTOCME allowanceMalpractice coverage providedOpportunities for professional growth and advancementThis opportunity is ideal for a physician who wants a strong procedural practice in a desirable Florida coastal community, with a structured weekday schedule and supportive team environment.
