Equipment Operator As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient processing of inbound materials and refuse of various forms through Reworld's industrial disposal process.Position Responsibilities: Receive and process inbound materials, through the safe operation of various types of industrial equipment, such as: forklift, track hoe, skid steer, vacuum truck, tanker truck, roll-off truck, walking floor trailer, pressure washer, material handling equipment, and various hand toolsReceive, weigh, unpack, and label containers, as necessarySafely operate industrial equipment to consolidate dumped refuse on the tipping floorFollow defined industrial and manufacturing good housekeeping practices at all Reworld facilities and within assigned work areasExterior site maintenance and improvement, as needed, which includes: litter collection, painting, snow removal and ice preventionTraffic Control for incoming/outgoing trafficAssist facility mechanic(s) with equipment repairsAdditional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operationsPosition Requirements & Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, preferredA minimum of 1 year experience operating industrial equipmentMust have the ability to work a rotating shift scheduleTotal Rewards & Compensation: Competitive Base SalaryDay one employee benefits: competitive health insurance options, PTO, retirement savings plan and 401K matchIn addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $56,900.00 - $75,700.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary.
