Job Description Job Opportunity: Physical TherapistOur organization is in search of a committed and empathetic Physical Therapist to become a vital member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This role is essential in supporting our mission to provide exceptional health and safety training and care.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan, and execute evidence-based physical therapy interventions for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions.Focus on enhancing functional mobility, alleviating pain, and facilitating a safe return to work and daily activities.Conduct thorough evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.Administer hands-on therapies, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and appropriate modalities.Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and health and safety trainers to ensure seamless care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, treatment outcomes, and discharge plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.Contribute to employee and client education by teaching proper body mechanics, ergonomics, injury prevention, and safe workplace practices, and occasionally support training sessions and workshops.Mentor and guide support staff, including physical therapist assistants and aides, to ensure consistent and safe care delivery.Working ConditionsThis position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional development, specialization, and involvement in quality improvement initiatives.
