This role sits at the intersection of implementation, customer strategy, and long-term relationship leadership, ensuring our technology delivers meaningful impact where it matters most.You will serve as the primary point of accountability from post-sales handoff through the full customer lifecycle—owning not just delivery, but the success and evolution of each customer partnership. This role will report directly to the Director of Implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account OwnershipOwn a variety of strategic customer accounts from post-sales handoff through ongoing engagementBuild and maintain trusted relationships with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholdersServe as the primary point of accountability for customer needsDevelop account-level strategies aligned to customer goals and organizational prioritiesImplementation & Delivery ManagementLead end-to-end implementation of Keebler Health AI solutions in complex environmentsTranslate customer requirements into clear execution plans and drive delivery against milestonesCoordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, clinical) to ensure successful implementation and ongoing delivery of requirementsEnsure implementations meet quality, timeline, and regulatory expectationsCoordinate continuous improvement in how solutions are deployed and supported over timeOwn the full customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, optimizationMonitor account health and proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunitiesValue Realization & OutcomesDefine, track, and communicate success metrics tied to clinical, operational, and financial outcomesEnsure customers achieve meaningful ROI and sustained value from AI solutionsDrive adoption across diverse stakeholder groupsIdentify and support opportunities for expansion and deeper impactContribute to playbooks, tools, and best practices that enable repeatable successQualifications6–10+ years of experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or healthcare operationsExperience in startup or high-growth environments, with comfort operating in ambiguityProven ability to manage complex customer relationships and long-term engagementsExperience leading implementations or deployments of software solutionsStrong ability to navigate technical, clinical, and business stakeholdersExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with healthcare workflows, data, or AI-driven products preferredWhat Success Looks LikeCustomers successfully deploy and adopt solutions with strong trust and engagementClear, measurable outcomes and value realization across accountsHigh retention and expansion within strategic accountsContribution to our scalable processes and playbooks and begin to take shapeWhen ApplyingIn Addition To Your Resume, When Hiring, Also IncludeA highly personalized, bold, and hilarious “Keebler Health–style” introduction that grabs attention - outgoing, fun, and uniquely you (not uniquely ChatGPT).
