Professional Office Associate

Do you love decorating and want to have fun at work? This part-time office position encompasses front office activities, including customer service, repair requests, purchasing requests, inventory, product and supply ordering. Essential Functions Organizing the office area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image. Overall administrative activities to maintain all store functions. Maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities. The maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc. Day-to-day operations participates as needed in special department projects. Organizes the paperwork flow of day to day activities. Bill pay and accounting bookwork including month/year end balancing. The ideal candidate would possess skills such as Communication, Time Management, Decision Making, Organization, and have knowledge of Excel. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. This is a part-time position with standard work hours are between 9:30-6:00pm Monday through Friday, 9:30-5:00pm on Saturday, and 11:30-5:00pm on Sunday. One and a half weekends per month is expected.
