Our benefits include robust options such as our wellness program, family assistance plan, 401k with match, paid volunteer time and Learning & Development training among many others.Pay And Incentive PlanStarting Pay: $114,074 Salary Range: $87,767 - $127,228In addition to competitive pay and benefits, we offer an annual performance-based incentive that rewards eligible employees for their contributions to our success.Purpose Of PositionThis position will design and build the connections that keep our core banking platform, digital channels, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and third-party systems working together reliably by implementing technical solutions conforming to the standards and technical direction defined by ESL’s approach to software development and system implementations. This is primarily an integration-focused role as the majority of work will be designing and developing integrations. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the Integration Architect, contribute to design standards and patterns, and work in an environment that is actively adopting AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate how we build. Will also act as a leader within the team to assist and mentor other developers.AccountabilitiesImplement technical solutions to address business needsThe ability to participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycleProvide technical leadership to the IT organization, acting as more than a developer by serving as a systems consultant across integration and business domainsActive participate in requirements determination and consulting with the businessLead design efforts and code reviews to ensure quality software development standardsSupport functional parts of the business with their IT needs and goalsAssist in the tooling and processes of modern software development services (Azure DevOps, security, testing, etc.)Develops applications using Boomi, Visual Studio and other Development tools. Understand SQL and is able to write complex queries utilized in application development Demonstrate the ability to learn new programming languages and technologies to meet evolving business needs;Demonstrated commitment to remain current in technology: Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesAssist in the development of tooling and processes (DEVOPSSEC, Agile, testing) for modern software development practicesEnsures that a strong partnership exists with internal business units:Assists business owners with the understanding and implementation of the ESL Desired Information Architecture. Provides a high degree of support for business unit clientsConsults with organizational management to clarify technical issues and identify opportunities for future initiativesWorks closely with support team members to ensure that deliverables meet IT standards and client quality and timeliness expectations. Ensures that the computing environment is stable and available to support business units and customers at all times:Implements reliable integration solutions that meet batch and real time performance expectations and support pre-established uptime goalsSchedules changes in accordance with Change Management policies and proceduresProactively engages in the resolution of production issues both within and outside immediate areas of expertiseProvides 24X7 production support as neededEnsures That a Strong Partnership Exists With External SuppliersResponsible for clearly defining and communicating expectations with vendorsCollaborates with suppliers to develop effective solutions that meet ESL business needsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent directly related programming experience Minimum of 3 year of Programming experience in a corporate/business environment designing and developing APIs and other integrations (using Boomi or a comparable iPaaS platform (MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, etc.). This can include college related internships and coops. Ability to write complex SQL queries for use within integration processes and data mapping Experience working with enterprise systems and third-party vendor APIsAbility to read and contribute to C#/ASP.NET codebases for legacy application supportStrong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teamsDemonstrates alignment with ESL’s Core Values, mission, vision, and Purpose to help our community thrive and prosperPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business administration with concentration in Information systems, Computer Science, or Mathematics/ StatisticsIT experience in financial services or another regulated industryBoomi Developer certificationFamiliarity with Azure cloud services Experience with Fiserv DNA or other core banking platformsWe’re committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
