Position Overview:We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Engineering Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top engineering talent across a variety of industries including oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and has a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.Responsibilities & Essential Duties:Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements and team dynamics Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking and referralsScreen and evaluate candidates through phone and virtual interviews Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contract though offer negotiations and onboarding Maintain strong candidate pipelines from current and future hiring needs Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders Negotiate offers, compensation packages and contract terms Track and manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within engineering, technical, or staffing environmentsStrong understanding of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) is a plusExperience working in a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systemsGlobal Edge Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
