Aerospace Buyer

Job Description Located in Cincinnati, OHSalary: $70k/yrAerospace BuyerLocation: West Chester, OHPay: $70k/yrResponsibilities:Maintain regular communication with suppliers and carriers to expedite orders, confirm ship dates, and communicate delivery updates to stakeholders and management.Monitor supplier delivery performance and provide recommendations regarding vendors' ability to meet production schedules.Obtain and verify purchase order confirmations to ensure accurate in-house delivery dates.Coordinate shipment issue resolution and communicate effectively with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.Prepare and distribute weekly vendor delivery performance and lead-time reports.Analyze market conditions and supplier capabilities to support material availability and purchasing decisions.Support management with special projects, cost change analysis, and continuous supply chain improvement initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree required.U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required.Minimum of 3-5 years of current purchasing experience required.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and procurement activities.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and ERP systems.Manufacturing experience preferred; aerospace industry experience is a plus.#SRGDHExpress Office: Cincinnati (Northwest)3551 Springdale RoadCincinnati, OH 45251
