Serving a diverse and high-profile client base, our client offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where attorneys engage in complex, high-impact matters across industries and jurisdictions.Position Description:Our client is seeking an associate with at least three years of substantive finance experience to join its growing finance practice in a major U.S. market.The ideal candidate will have experience representing a broad range of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, with particular emphasis on private credit sponsor acquisition financings. Experience in structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance is a plus.Candidates should demonstrate strong deal experience at a large law firm, with a focus on cash flow lending and other sophisticated finance transactions. Excellent drafting skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex matters efficiently are essential.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of relevant finance experienceAdmission to the Illinois Bar (or eligibility for admission)Strong academic credentials and law firm training preferred
