Food Service Crew Member

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Cafe Worker to join our team. In this role you will assist customers with their orders, make and prepare menu items in the kitchen, and contribute to a positive dining experience! Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all areas of the cafe are clean and sanitized, including tables, counters, and equipment. Utilize POS system for order entry and payment processing. Provide assistance to customers with inquiries about menu items or dietary restrictions. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure food safety standards are met. Previous experience in a cafe, kitchen, or food industry setting. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
