Our U.S. team works closely with colleagues in China, and we are seeking a bilingual professional to support communication and coordination between teams.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Bilingual Manager Assistant (Chinese–English) to support company management in daily operations and cross-border communication.This role will primarily focus on translation, coordination, and administrative support, helping ensure smooth communication between the U.S. team and Chinese management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Chinese–English interpretation and translation during meetings, calls, and daily communicationTranslate documents including reports, emails, presentations, and internal communicationsAssist management with meeting coordination, scheduling, and follow-upsSupport communication between U.S. staff and overseas management teamsHelp prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentsCoordinate with different departments to support daily operationsProvide general administrative and operational support as neededQualificationsFluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)Bachelor's degree preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in translation, administrative support, or manufacturing environment is a plusWork LocationThis position is on-site in Cape Girardeau, MissouriWhy Join UsWork with an international team in a growing companyOpportunity to participate in cross-border business operationsDynamic and collaborative work environment
