Join Our Team as a Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Specialist Vascular and Interventional Radiology Are you a highly skilled radiologist passionate about vascular and interventional procedures? We are seeking a dedicated Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine professional to provide expert coverage for a critical period, ensuring exceptional patient care and seamless clinical operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures, including embolizations, pulmonary thrombectomies, drainages (abscess, nephrostomy, biliary), and IVC filter insertions.Conduct central venous access placements, including dialysis catheters, central lines, and PICC lines.Manage procedures such as TIPS, lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, and paracentesis.Provide IR call coverage starting June 8 at 7 am through June 12 at 4:30 pm, ensuring continuity of care during this period.Required Skills: Proven experience in vascular and interventional radiology procedures.Proficiency in performing embolizations, thrombectomies, drainages, and vascular access.Strong knowledge of IR imaging techniques and patient management.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice to Have Skills: Certification in Interventional Radiology or related specialties.Experience with advanced IR techniques or complex case management.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Good communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree with specialization in Radiology.Board certification in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine.Minimum of 3 years of relevant IR experience in a clinical setting.Prior experience working in hospital-based or outpatient IR departments.Other Requirements: Valid medical license and IR certification.Ability to work flexible hours, including call coverage.Willingness to adhere to all applicable hospital and safety protocols.This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with comprehensive benefits designed to support your professional journey.
